Why i ask deposit and to whom I ask deposit.NEED DEPOSIT - If people need service at his home,villa, Apartment,Airbnb,or any private place then I need deposit for confirmation. Because many times happened with me , that I reach there and then I got no response from other person, so I can't waste my time . Second thing if person booking appointment very early like 1/2 months before and asking for details....then I need deposit. I need deposit if there is any doubtable things asked by any clients.. I also don't want to waste my time got it .
NO NEED DEPOSIT:- If the customer have hotel booked and he is already in the hotel. Then please just text me in WhatsApp and share current location with key card pic and number. If he needs service instantly like today or tomorrow...then I don't need deposit.
Share me hotel reservation that's enough. The rule is simple...I got so many messages in a day , so I can't attend Everyone's right ..so that's why I ask for deposit
For person's guaranteed appointment.And you're not a single client which I ask this ...
And just one time meet up why i cheat someone.

I also value Everyone's time and money.
The point is I also got very bad bad experiences before and that's I ask deposits. But not from everyone.. only such people's who asked only details like photos, videos,video calls, means such unnecessary things.
If the person who looking for service
And they have hotel ...then just share me hotel details like current location,room number, booking name etc...
And then I'll share details and then I'll come.
Many people's asking me to visit homes and apartments and many people's coming next month and booking the session this month only. So that's why I ask for deposits.
And I'm always respects MR and MR rules
And that's why I got such positive reviews from my loyal clients and followers.
And before meeting I share my photos and videos dear. I tell people's you keep my photos till we meet and after meeting match me first and talk with me first , if you see me 100% same to same then only proceed, otherwise cancel it directly.

I got so many messages daily , if you need service like present day or today/tomorrow and you got hotel booked then just share hotel details and I'll make the deal.
If you want me to visit house or flat , then you have to pay deposit.
