    Unfortunately reading all the good reviews I contacted Gina for a meeting. I asked her to be on time because I had to leave and she agreed 4 hours before the appointment. I contacted her 20 minutes before the timing agreed and she was still at the hairdresser so I was forced to cancel last minute. Not exactly a professional way to handle customers.

    The truth is that you stressed me out too much every 2 minutes, not allowing me to put on makeup. I apologize for the inconvenience caused .Your time is valuable, and I regret any disruption to your schedule. I'll take steps to improve communication and punctuality moving forward.
