Terms of Service

1. Booking & Vetting

• Verification: To ensure mutual safety, all new clients must provide basic verification (e.g., a link to a professional LinkedIn profile, a business card, or a confirmation of a stay at a recognized 5-star hotel.)

• Advance Notice: A minimum of 2–4 hours' notice is required for all appointments. I do not provide "instant" or "on-demand" services to unverified clients.

• Deposit: A non-refundable commitment fee of may be required to secure a first-time booking. This is deducted from the final session total.

2. Session Etiquette & Conduct

• Mutual Respect: I provide a professional, high-end experience. Any form of disrespect, verbal abuse, or forceful behavior will result in the immediate termination of the session without a refund.

• Hygiene: I maintain the highest standards of grooming and hygiene. I kindly ask that clients do the same prior to my arrival.

• Sobriety: Sessions will not commence if a client is visibly under the influence of heavy drugs or excessive alcohol.

3. Privacy & Discretion

• Confidentiality: I guarantee 100% discretion. Your identity and the details of our time together are strictly confidential. I expect the same level of privacy in return.

• No Media: Photography, video recording, or audio recording during the session is strictly prohibited unless expressly agreed upon in writing beforehand.

4. Logistics & Cancellations

• Service Areas: I provide out-call services to hotels and private residences in Colombo 01–15. Locations outside this radius may incur an additional travel honorarium.

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. Failure to do so may result in a "no-show" fee or being blacklisted from future bookings.

• Payment: All honorariums must be settled at the beginning of the session. I accept Cash (LKR/USD) or Crypto (USDT).
