I’m addicted to running — a social runner at heart.
I didn’t start strong. My first 10km felt impossible. After a few races, I pushed to 21km… and it humbled me fast. I moved back and forth between 10km and 21km, building endurance, speed, and mental strength.
What once took me two hours now comes comfortably in under an hour. I run 21km just over two hours, and in September I stepped up to the 42km — wildly underestimated it and saw literal flames, but I kept going.
My 2026 goals are clear:
• 10km under 50 minutes
• 21km under 2 hours
• 42km under 5 hours
Running gives me a clear mind and sharp focus. It’s my happy place. I enjoy the energy at races — especially running behind beautiful women; the encouragement makes the miles lighter. Running has taught me grit, determination, and how to never quit when things get uncomfortable.
That discipline carries into everything I do.
I take care of my body, my energy, and the experience I offer. I’m calm, grounded, and attentive, with the stamina to match. Running keeps me mentally clear and confidently present — relaxed, focused, and fully engaged with you.
Running is a constant conversation between the mind and the body: moments where the body says no and the mind says yes. It’s taught me awareness, control, and when to push — and just as importantly, when to slow down.
While I’m very active and physically disciplined, my time with you is never about performance or pressure. I move at your pace, focusing on comfort, connection, and ease. You don’t need to be fit, experienced, or confident — just yourself.
