For videos, they might send you a prerecorded videos after paying but this is just their way to keep you going. They will up-sell you to book them but they do not have the intention to show up. They're only after for your money.
My general advise, always ask for proof of their identity before making any payment. If you book them, do not pay any downpayment unless you are in the same room with her or you already know her.
